How to cancel Anthropic Claude Pro or Max

Use this when you see a recurring Claude charge and want to stop the next renewal.

Cancel Claude on the web

1. Log in to your Claude account.
2. Open your initials or profile menu.
3. Go to Settings, then Billing.
4. Find the cancellation section and choose Cancel.
5. Save or screenshot the confirmation page or email.

If you subscribed on iOS or Android

If the subscription was started through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation is handled through that store. In the Claude mobile app, open your profile initials, choose Billing, then Manage subscription, and follow the store prompts.

Before you cancel

• Check whether the subscription is personal or part of a team plan.
• Download invoices you may need for bookkeeping.
• Add the renewal date to Spendloop so you can verify the charge stops next cycle.
