3. How We Use the Collected Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the core functions of Spendloop, including storing your subscription data, calculating your spending analytics, and enabling secure access to your account.
  • To Improve the App: To understand how Users interact with the app, fix technical issues, and enhance features (e.g., improving the functionality of the Analytics tab).
  • To Communicate With You: To respond to support requests, send non-marketing service updates (e.g., changes to this policy), or send password recovery links.
  • For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the App from misuse, unauthorized access, or illegal activities.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure (Third Parties)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or subscription data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Data Retention: We retain your Personal Data and Subscription Data for as long as your Spendloop account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted from our servers within 90 days, unless retention is required to comply with our legal obligations.
  • User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Data. You can typically manage and delete your Subscription Data directly within the App. For other requests, please contact us using the email provided in Section 1.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
