We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or subscription data for marketing. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting, or when required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Retention and rights
We retain account and subscription data while your Spendloop account is active. If you delete your account, server-side account data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is legally required. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
