Spendloop grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application for personal subscription tracking and finance management.

You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription, cost, billing, reminder, and account information you add to Spendloop. Spendloop can help you organize and forecast recurring expenses, but it does not cancel third-party subscriptions on your behalf.

Spendloop is an organizational tool, not a financial advisor. Any estimates, forecasts, or reminders are informational and may be incomplete or delayed.
