Delete your Spendloop account

You can request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account & data, then confirm.

Delete one saved subscription

Open that subscription in Spendloop, choose Edit, then Delete subscription. This removes the saved subscription and its reminder from Spendloop without deleting your account. It does not cancel the subscription with its provider.

Without the app

Email us from the Google address linked to Spendloop. Use “Delete Spendloop account” as the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send a password, payment-card number or verification code.

If you used an anonymous account, mention that in your request. Without the app or an account identifier, we may be unable to identify an anonymous account safely.

What is removed

Your cloud profile, subscriptions, preferences, reminder tokens, optional encrypted detection logs, usage records, purchase-account links and Firebase account identity. Email requests are normally handled within 30 days after ownership verification.

What this does not cancel

Deleting Spendloop does not cancel subscriptions with their providers or erase Google Play’s payment records. Manage these with the provider or Google Play. Data on offline devices must be cleared on those devices. Provider-managed security and service logs follow their retention rules.
